Directorates

The Ministry is organised into specialised directorates, each responsible for a specific area of infrastructure development and management.

Responsible for the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of the national road network across all ten states.

Director: Eng. John Kenyi Sasa

Manages the Ministry's financial resources, human resources, procurement, and administrative operations.

Leads strategic planning, policy formulation, research, and monitoring and evaluation for the Ministry.

Manages all bridge infrastructure including design, construction, inspection, and the National Bridge Assessment Programme.
